At community development initiatives, we put together the following strategies to help meet our goals and objectives.

Social Skills development:  We help our program participants to develop everyday skills that they need to communicate and interact with each other, both verbally and non-verbally, through gestures, body language and our personal appearance. These skills include interpersonal and communication skills.

Career Development skills: In addition to social skills, we help our program participants to develop the skills they need to interact in the work place and be successful in life by developing and deploying the following curriculum:

Occupational Skills development: Apart from social and career development skills, our program participants also need to develop occupational skills. We aim to give our program participants the opportunity to make a decent living through higher income by acquiring occupational skills in industries that show positive job growth in the next 10 years:

2)    Health and Human Services Training

3)    Green Energy Training

4)    Communication Technology Training

5)    Manufacturing and Light Industrial Training

Provision of Support Services:  In order to prepared the minds of program participants to we help them to overcome obstacles and challenges the hinder learning. As a result, Community Development Initiatives (CDI) provides support services to program participants in form of child care assistance, transportation assistance and assistance with provision of basic needs. To qualify for support services, participants must show clear evidence of program success and achievements.
