Dr. Lyn Cheevers (Doctor of Education, EdD)

Director Dr. Cheevers is a native of southwest Georgia, USA and a teacher who has worked as a public health educator, post- secondary education administrator, and adjunct instructor. She is currently employed as an instructional designer with the US Department of Health and Human Services at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. She also renders consultative services to providers of Christian education, adult education, and workforce development and training through her relationship with Beacon Adult Education Consultants, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia. She earned a doctorate degree in adult education at Nova Southeastern University (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) and has completed coursework in ministry and theology at Kingdom University (Stockbridge, GA) and Interdenominational Theological Center (Atlanta, GA).
