Andrea Smith-Bass

(JD) Director of Foreign Student Services Andrea is a Doctor of Jurisprudence from John Marshall Law School, Atlanta Georgia. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Evangel College, Springfield Missouri, USA. Over the past 14 years she dedicated her time to delivering quality criminal court investigations, legal research and criminal justice administration services to the City of Atlanta Court Services. She also has a solid experience in Criminal Law, Court Proceedings, Legal Research, Case Management, Public Policy and Staff Development. She has developed 70 resources partnerships and alliances with executive management, government officials and decision makers. She currently doubles as head of Workforce Investment Act Program and director of Foreign Studies, overseeing the general administration of the international student program of Pacific Institute of Technology.
